Chelsea are prepared to use Benoit Badiashile in a swap deal with AC Milan to sign centre-back Strahinja Pavlovic this summer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Despite joining Chelsea for big money in January 2023, minutes have been very hard to come by for Badiashile at Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n

Across the last two Premier League seasons, the Frenchman has played just 13 games due to a combination of injuries and underwhelming performances.<\/p>\n

Chelsea keen on swap deal with Benoit Badiashile for Strahinja Pavlovic<\/h2>\n

He has also suffered from being a left-sided centre-back, the position where Chelsea see Levi Colwill\u2019s long and successful future in West London.<\/p>\n

It is clear to see why they would be willing to part ways with Badiashile, and now they are looking for a deal that would see Pavlovic coming the other way.<\/p>\n

Chelsea are reportedly ready to bid for Pavlovic, but now Calcio Mercato are hinting that their own centre-back could be used in negotiations.<\/p>\n

The Italian outlet describes Chelsea\u2019s plans for this summer as a \u2018mini-revolution\u2019, with them needing to bounce back after a woeful 2025\/26 season.<\/p>\n

It has been reported that Badiashile is seeking an exit himself from Chelsea at the end of the season, with the introduction of Mamadou Sarr suggests their interest has completely dropped in the former Monaco man.<\/p>\n

Pavlovic playing key role for Champions League hopefuls AC Milan<\/h2>\n

The 24-year-old has played all but four Serie A games this season, providing an important foundation for a Milan side keen on qualifying for the Champions League.<\/p>\n

He played his part down the other end of the pitch too, scoring a stunning overhead kick recently which Joao Pedro would be proud of.<\/p>\n

At more than 6\u20193, Chelsea would be bringing in the physically-dominant central defender they are reportedly looking to partner with Colwill for next season.<\/p>\n

It remains to be seen how much a new signing at the back will affect the future of Josh Acheampong. Bayern Munich are very keen on signing the young Chelsea defender if the Blues are not willing to offer him opportunities.<\/p>\n
