Chelsea are taking their time before deciding on who to hire as the new first team manager, however it looks as if it is going to be a manager who is currently in a job that they decide on.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Blues are back on the managerial merry-go-round after choosing to part ways with Liam Rosenior following a woeful run of form.<\/p>\n

Despite the Chelsea players actually liking Rosenior as a person, his tactics were not working out, and the club found themselves on a five-game losing run in the Premier League without scoring.<\/p>\n

Chelsea reportedly want their new manager to have Premier League experience\u2026<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n

A number of candidates have already been loosely linked with the job at Stamford Bridge, with some of them contracted to other clubs until the end of the season.<\/p>\n

While some options don\u2019t currently have a club to coach, David Ornstein has hinted that one of these names is not likely to take over the role.<\/p>\n

He told NBC Sports that there has been no concrete move made for anyone by the club due to them wanting to show respect to other sides before the end of the season.<\/p>\n

This could rule the Blues out of a move for Xabi Alonso, who has been out of the game since being sacked by Real Madrid earlier this season.<\/p>\n

Xavi, Filipe Luis and former Chelsea coach Enzo Maresca are all out of a job too, and could now be moved down the list of potential targets.<\/p>\n

Chelsea candidates who are currently with another club<\/h2>\n

This still leaves a number of candidates on the table, with Chelsea reportedly targeting a figure who was Premier League experience under their belt.<\/p>\n

Andoni Iraola has enjoyed a brilliant season at the helm of Bournemouth, and is set to depart at the end of the campaign when his contract comes to an end.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in England, Eddie Howe and Marco Silva are options who have presented themselves as potential targets for the club to suit their criteria.<\/p>\n

Supporters have already voted for Cesc Fabregas to become the new manager, although that move would still be seen as risky due to his lack of experience as a coach.<\/p>\n
