Defensively we were immense\u2026 the whole team defended together.\u201d<\/p>\n He was then asked how he had felt coming back to play after so long out:<\/p>\n \u201cBefore the game I had no nerves, I was just excited, walking on the pitch it was like all the long term and the hard work (paid off).\u201d<\/p>\n He made sure to give credit to all those who had helped him through this long, difficult period:<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s been really tough\u2026 the staff, I couldn\u2019t have asked for anything better\u2026 it\u2019s all down to the staff, the physios, I can\u2019t give them enough flowers.\u201d<\/p>\n You can see the defender speaking in the clip embedded here:<\/p>\nColwill on long road to recovery<\/h2>\n
