Well, Frank Leboeuf wasn\u2019t happy with his fellow countryman.<\/strong><\/p>\n Chelsea finally ended their run of six Premier League defeats with a 1-1 draw at Anfield. Enzo Fernandez scored Chelsea\u2019s second Premier League goal in seven matches with a free-kick that went all the way in.<\/p>\n It was Wesley Fofana\u2019s run and flick at the ball, which he missed, that deceived the Liverpool defence and found its way into the back of the net. It saw Chelsea cancel out Ryan Gravenberch\u2019s excellent opener.<\/p>\n While Liverpool had a goal disallowed and hit the woodwork twice in the second half, Chelsea were the better side for much of the match. But it was something Fofana did at full-time that angered Leboeuf.<\/p>\n Chelsea\u2019s players applauded the travelling support after finally ending a straight run of six league losses. During their applause of the away end, Fofana was seen laughing and joking and it was picked up.<\/p>\n Speaking on ESPN, Chelsea icon Leboeuf was not impressed. While it was a solid result for Chelsea, it still wasn\u2019t a win and doesn\u2019t particularly help Chelsea\u2019s chances. Leboeuf was unimpressed with Fofana.<\/p>\n He criticised the defender for having a laugh and a joke after the game, which the cameras broadcast: \u201cChelsea, drawing, it\u2019s not that bad. But when I saw the last images of the game, Fofana was laughing.<\/p>\n \u201cAbout drawing on the road. Yes, a good result, but you\u2019re ninth in the league. You shouldn\u2019t laugh; you shouldn\u2019t be happy. Just be satisfied with the way you play. I\u2019m not convinced by either team.\u201d<\/p>\n It\u2019s not the first time that Fofana\u2019s attitude has come into question. He stormed down the tunnel after being subbed against Man United and was seen laughing with Ousmane Dembele after losing to PSG.<\/p>\n It emerged earlier this week that Fofana had been offered to Barcelona, and the Spanish giants are in talks to land the defender. Despite costing Chelsea a whopping \u00a375m in 2022, the Blues will accept \u00a326m.<\/p>\n The decision to accept such a bargain fee for Fofana comes after a dismal few years at Chelsea, in which the Frenchman has managed just 69 appearances in a Chelsea shirt since his move from Leicester City.<\/p>\n Ultimately, it is the right call to sell Fofana. He needs a new start, one where he has carte blanche with a new set of supporters. Chelsea\u2019s fans have become frustrated with his injuries, attitude, and recent form.<\/p>\n While Fofana\u2019s stance is unknown on his future ahead of the summer window, Chelsea seem happy to offload the former Saint-Etienne defender.
