Cesc Fabregas has said he\u2019s got nothing to say about the Chelsea job, and he\u2019d be stupid to think about it now.<\/p>\n

Having sacked Liam Rosenior on Wednesday, the Blues are once again looking for another head coach, with Calum McFarlane placed in interim charge for the remainder of the season.<\/p>\n

Chelsea are reportedly going to take their time to make sure they get the right appointment, but there\u2019s understood to be seven or eight names under consideration.<\/p>\n

Cesc Fabregas addresses Chelsea speculation<\/h2>\n

Andoni Iraola is thought to be an early front-runner, whilst Chelsea are said to have admiration for Fabregas, who\u2019s doing a brilliant job at Como.<\/p>\n

The Como president has said Fabregas is free to join Chelsea if he wishes, and the 38-year-old has now addressed speculation linking him with a return to Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n

\u201cNothing to say about that, it\u2019d be stupid to think about that now, my focus is on next game against Genoa,\u201d he said as quoted by Fabrizio Romano on X.com.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t even see any quote from our president, I believe I will continue my chapter as Como head coach. Focus on next games.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Fabregas has guided Como to fifth in Serie A, and they\u2019ve got a very good chance of playing European football next season, which would be quite some achievement.<\/p>\n
