Barcelona really like Joao Pedro and consider him a \u201cfantastic\u201d striker, but it will be complicated to sell him this summer according to Fabrizio Romano.<\/p>\n

The Blues signed Pedro last summer in a deal worth up to \u00a360m from Brighton, and he\u2019s had a successful first season at Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n

The Brazil international made an immediate impact at the Club World Cup scoring in the both the semi final and final, whilst he\u2019s scored 20 goals in all competitions this season.<\/p>\n

Barcelona really like Joao Pedro<\/h2>\n

Pedro has scored 15 Premier League goals, and is one of the only players to have performed in what\u2019s been another difficult season.<\/p>\n

The Brazilian will surely be named Chelsea\u2019s player of the season, and he\u2019s easily fought off competition from Liam Delap to make the number nine position his own.<\/p>\n

Although it counted for little, Pedro scored a brilliant bicycle kick in the defeat to Nottingham Forest, and his form hasn\u2019t gone unnoticed.<\/p>\n

Barcelona reportedly hold interest in Pedro as they search for a Robert Lewandowski replacement, and Romano has provided an update.<\/p>\n

\u201cJo\u00e3o Pedro is very important to Chelsea, they won\u2019t want to sell him to FC Barcelona,\u201d he told his YouTube channel.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cBarcelona really like Jo\u00e3o Pedro, they consider him as a fantastic striker. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cBut Chelsea are absolutely considering Jo\u00e3o Pedro as a crucial part of the project. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAfter a difficult season, to sell probably the only player who performed in a top, top way, like Joe Pedro will be complicated.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

However, despite their interest Chelsea have reportedly made it very clear Pedro isn\u2019t for sale this summer.<\/p>\n
