West Ham face a must-win game in the Premier League relegation battle against Newcastle on Sunday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After losing to Arsenal last weekend, the Hammers are two points below Tottenham with two matches left.<\/p>\n

Spurs also have a far superior goal difference, meaning West Ham probably need to win both of their remaining games.<\/p>\n

St. James\u2019 Park is never an easy place to go, but Newcastle have much less at stake than Nuno Espirito Santo\u2019s side.<\/p>\n

Former Tottenham and Liverpool striker Peter Crouch has predicted whether West Ham will earn a much-needed victory.<\/p>\n

Peter Crouch predicts Newcastle vs West Ham score<\/h2>\n

Peter Crouch is concerned about West Ham\u2019s game against Newcastle, as he wants Tottenham to avoid relegation.<\/p>\n

The Hammers have an easier game on paper than Spurs\u2019 London derby against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

A victory for Nuno\u2019s team would probably make them favourites to survive, putting Tottenham under immense pressure.<\/p>\n

Although Crouch recognised West Ham\u2019s potentially stronger desire to win, he predicted a 1-1 draw on Sunday.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis worries me from a Tottenham point of view, this one,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019m leaning towards what Rio (Ferdinand) said, actually, with regards to West Ham needing it more.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think they might get a result here, but can they win? I think a win might be a bridge too far, but I\u2019m gonna say 1-1.\u201d<\/p>\n

A draw away to Newcastle would normally be an excellent result, but on this occasion, it would be a missed opportunity.<\/p>\n

However, ex-Chelsea midfielder Steve Sidwell expects West Ham to get the three points they desperately need.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m going to go for a West Ham win,\u201d Sidwell responded. \u201cI think they get this done. The Geordies won\u2019t be happy up there, wow. I\u2019m going to go 1-0 (West Ham).\u201d<\/p>\n

Hammers supporters can only hope that Sidwell\u2019s prediction is more accurate than Crouch\u2019s ahead of this weekend\u2019s fixtures.<\/p>\n
