Joao Pedro has added his voice to the growing excitement surrounding Chelsea youngster Estevao Willian in his first season at Stamford Bridge.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Estevao Willian\u2019s debut season at Chelsea has been a brilliant one. After arriving from Palmeiras, the 19-year-old quickly silenced doubters who questioned his readiness for the Premier League. <\/p>\n

Across all competitions, he has tallied 13 goals and three assists in 42 appearances, with his ability to impact big games, particularly in the Champions League, making him a standout already.<\/p>\n

However, his season was cut short last month during a match against Manchester United, where he suffered a severe hamstring tear. The injury has ruled him out of Chelsea\u2019s final fixtures and, more devastatingly, led to his exclusion from Brazil\u2019s preliminary 2026 World Cup squad. <\/p>\n

\u201cI already said in other interviews that Estevao impressed me a lot.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The reason was not just technical quality.<\/p>\n

Joao Pedro isn\u2019t the only one trying to push Estevao forward<\/h2>\n

According to Joao Pedro, half of the Chelsea team have been trying to show support for Estevao in his first season, as a real favourite in the dressing room.<\/p>\n

\u201cAndrey and I try to help him as much as possible. But everyone at Chelsea treats Est\u00eav\u00e3o like a younger brother.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen he got injured, I stayed next to him in the dressing room for the whole first half, talking to him\u201d<\/em>he revealed. \u201cEnzo, Pedro Neto, Cucurella, Caicedo\u2026 everyone tries to support him.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
