Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says Erling Haaland will end his run without scoring a goal at Wembley Stadium in Saturday\u2019s FA Cup final against Chelsea.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Haaland is one of the very finest forwards in world football, but he has a surprisingly poor record at Wembley, despite playing 15 games there since moving to the Etihad Stadium.<\/p>\n

The Norway international will hope he can find some form in this big game as City will be desperate to end their poor recent run in FA Cup finals.<\/p>\n

Since winning the competition as part of their treble-winning season, City have made the last two FA Cup finals and lost them both, 2-1 to Manchester United in 2024 and 1-0 to Crystal Palace in 2025.<\/p>\n

City will generally be the major favourites against this out-of-form Chelsea side, who look like missing out on European football this season.<\/p>\n

Still, in a one-off game like this there\u2019s surely hope for the west Londoners to get their hands on some silverware this term and ensure the 2025\/26 campaign hasn\u2019t been a total failure.<\/p>\n

Guardiola, meanwhile, will be chasing another cup final win at Wembley this season after seeing off Arsenal 2-0 in the Carabao Cup final back in March.<\/p>\n
