Barcelona are making serious moves to try and sign Joao Pedro from Chelsea, however he is more than happy remaining at Stamford Bridge.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Joao Pedro happy to stay at Chelsea amid Barcelona interest<\/h2>\n

His exceptional first campaign at Stamford Bridge has seen him crop up on Barcelona\u2019s shortlist for a new striker, with replacing an ageing Robert Lewandowski on their agenda.<\/p>\n

Despite Deco\u2019s desire to sign Pedro this summer, Nizaar Kinsella has stated that the Brazil international is at his dream club in Chelsea, and he is happy remaining there.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cNot only is Joao Pedro considered not for sale, he is also understood to be happy at Chelsea \u2013 even if he is not satisfied with the club\u2019s current league position. <\/p>\n

\u201cHe grew up watching the Premier League, which is why he chose Watford, and when he says it is a dream to play for Chelsea, he means it. Barcelona may admire him but are aware he is not a viable target and have other strikers in mind.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chelsea believe Pedro is now their best player, and despite a fear they will have to sell big this summer, the striker is not on their list of potential sales.<\/p>\n

Pedro has chance to help save Chelsea\u2019s season<\/h2>\n

Despite a woeful Premier League campaign in West London, they still have the chance of leaving with their first domestic cup trophy since 2018.<\/p>\n

Pedro is a shoo-in to start up front for the Blues, who are looking to pick up their first win against Manchester City since 2021.<\/p>\n

The Blues have been tipped to stay in their three-at-the-back system which served them well at Anfield last week, leaving Pedro and Cole Palmer as the main attacking sources.<\/p>\n

The Brazilian can make it 30 goal involvements in all competitions this season with a goal or assist in the final, an incredible number given the fact he has not taken a single penalty this season.<\/p>\n
