Wesley Fofana attempted to lead his team-mates back to the dressing room as Manchester City were going up to collect their winners medals according to reports.<\/p>\n

Chelsea lost 1-0 to City at Wembley with Antoine Semenyo scoring the only goal of the game with a brilliant finish in the second half.<\/p>\n

For the Blues it was their seventh defeat in their last seven Wembley finals, and the wait for a first domestic trophy since 2018 goes on.<\/p>\n

What Wesley Fofana tried to do at full time in FA Cup final<\/h2>\n

Chelsea started both Reece James and Levi Colwill, whilst Marc Cucurella continued at left wing, with Pedro Neto and Alejandro Garnacho only fit enough for the bench.<\/p>\n

The Blues kept themselves in the game without causing City many problems, and James Trafford didn\u2019t even have to make a save.<\/p>\n

Chelsea managed just one shot on target, and it has to go down as another disappointing Wembley performance.<\/p>\n

At full time the players were clearly disappointed as they waited to collect their runners up medals and watched City collect their winners medals.<\/p>\n

However, talkSPORT reporter Alex Crook stated he saw Fofana attempt to lead his team-mates back to the dressing room as City were going up to collect their medals, before Cole Palmer called them back onto the pitch to watch City lift the trophy.<\/p>\n
