Morgan Rogers agrees to join Chelsea!

Chelsea have beaten Premier League rivals Arsenal to the signing of Aston Villa star Morgan Rogers after agreeing a British-record £117 million transfer, according to multiple reports.

The England international is said to have chosen a move to Stamford Bridge after Chelsea reached a verbal agreement with Villa for the 24-year-old attacking midfielder, ending weeks of speculation over his future.
