Tottenham fans will get to see Luka Vuskovic on a huge stage before he even arrives in N17
Tottenham’s Luka Vuskovic has been given some excellent news to cap off what has been a breakout season for the centre-back on loan at Hamburg.
The 19-year-old’s loan spell at HSV ended on Saturday with a 1-1 draw away at Bayer Leverkusen, with the Tottenham youngster delivering another solid display to cap off an outstanding season.
Vuskovic has been honoured with multiple individual awards this term, and the teenager will return to Hotspur Way next season hoping to stake a claim for a place in Spurs’ startling eleven.
However, before he looks forward to next season, the centre-back is set for a huge summer and will have an opportunity to shine on the biggest stage in football.

Tottenham starlet Luka Vuskovic is part of Croatia’s squad for the World Cup
The Tottenham man won four senior caps for Croatia over the course of the season after impressing in the Bundesliga.
Vuskovic has now been named in Zlatko Dalic’s 26-man squad for the World Cup, with the Balkan nation looking to continue their rich legacy in major tournaments.
The 19-year-old will share a dressing room with big names such as former Spurs pair, Luka Modric and Ivan Perisic, and he will hope he has done enough this season to be in the starting eleven when Croatia begin their campaign with a clash against England on June 17.
Vuskovic shining at the World Cup could be bad news for Spurs
It has been reported that the likes of Barcelona and Liverpool are ramping up their interest in the Tottenham man on the back of his impressive displays in Germany.
One would expect Vuskovic’s list of admirers to grow further if the centre-back shines on the biggest stage this summer.
Spurs are trying to tie the teenager down to a new contract to fend off the transfer interest, and they will hope to have a deal agreed before the start of the World Cup.
