Chelsea star Pedro Neto on Man City’s radar as Enzo Maresca considers swoop on former club
Chelsea winger Pedro Neto is understood to be among the names on Manchester City’s radar as they formulate a list of potential wing targets.
City have looked at Paris Saint-Germain’s Ibrahim Mbaye and RB Leipzig’s Yan Diomande, among others.
Tottenham have been working to agree a deal for City’s Savinho but Enzo Maresca’s side want a replacement lined up.
City had interest in 26-year-old Neto prior to him joining Chelsea from Wolves for £51m and Maresca had struck up a good rapport with the Portuguese while they were together at Stamford Bridge.

City also admire French full-back Malo Gusto at Chelsea, but not at his £75m asking price.
Chelsea have already offloaded another winger, Alejandro Garnacho, to Aston Villa who are also keen to sign Nicolas Jackson.
Bayer Leverkusen’s Kerim Alajbegovic is among the wingers Chelsea are working to bring in.
Maresca was unveiled as Pep Guardiola’s replacement today and said: ‘I have been quite lucky in terms of my former clubs, Leicester and Chelsea I think we did a great job in both clubs. The identity of the team was clear.
‘The success of the team was clear, and I feel very lucky to be part of these clubs.’
