Tottenham Hotspur will certainly be hoping for a much‑improved showing in the Premier League this season after last campaign’s struggles.
Spurs needed a final‑day victory over Everton to retain their Premier League status after being dragged into a full‑on relegation scrap following a poor run of form in 2026.
Now, with Roberto De Zerbi at the helm for the first time at the start of a campaign as Spurs boss, the Lilywhite faithful will be hoping for a much different Premier League run.
Supercomputer predicts Tottenham to finish eighth with 57 points
A supercomputer from Compare.bet has now crunched the numbers and provided predictions for the entirety of next season.
The forecast utilises a combination of agentic AI and mathematical probability algorithms to provide its projection, and from its expectations, Spurs are set to have a much‑improved season.
Spurs were 17th last term, but according to the latest predictions, they are expected to finish 26‑27 in eighth place – eight positions better than last campaign.
As opposed to 10 wins last season, Spurs are predicted to secure 16 wins and amass 57 points.
Spurs handed 4.5% Champions League chance as rivals tipped for top four
Eighth position, however, would mean that Tottenham naturally miss out on Europe. That in itself remains to be seen, given how European qualification is decided.
Eighth last season was enough for a place in the Conference League for Brighton and Hove Albion.
Conference League is no Champions League, though, and the supercomputer has handed Tottenham a 4.5% chance of climbing above eighth and claiming Champions League qualification.
To add salt to the wound, bitter rivals Arsenal are predicted to go back‑to‑back, while Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea round up the top four.
