We are tipping Tosin to keep his place in the side, with the tricky physical test of Chris Wood awaiting the Blues on Monday afternoon.

He will be partnered by Trevoh Chalobah, with talks reportedly underway over a new contract for the Cobham graduate.

At left-back, Jorrel Hato will remain on the bench despite his excellent form, with Marc Cucurella remaining in the side for now.

Moises Caicedo will start in the heart of midfield, looking to end the season strong after a couple of months of disappointing form.

He will be joined by Fernandez, whose future at Stamford Bridge may come down to who the club announce as their new permanent manager.
