Six defeats in a row for Chelsea and their faint hopes of Champions League football go up in flames.

66 mins: So Jorgensen does replace Sanchez, while it’s Wood who comes on for Gibbs-White.

That could be a big blow for Forest ahead of Thursday’s Europa League semi-final second leg.

64 mins: Jorgensen is warming up below me, and looks poised to replace Sanchez, who now has a bandage around his forehard following that collision.

Gibbs-White is also bandaged up, and will be coming off too.
