Chelsea have a firm transfer stance on Cole Palmer amid his desire to join Manchester United, according to The Daily Mail.
The England international has had a mixed campaign with the Blues, and he recently missed a penalty in the 3-1 loss to Nottingham Forest.
It is now revealed that Palmer has an apparent desire to return to Manchester, and he would be tempted to join his boyhood club, United.
The Red Devils have not contacted the Blues for the playmaker, but the London giants are quite clear that Palmer won’t be allowed to leave.
They have made the decision after discussing it with the hierarchy and won’t entertain any offers for the former Manchester City graduate.
Chelsea could still entertain a big-money sale this summer with reports suggesting that Enzo Fernandez is most likely to head for the exit door.
Fernandez is attracting interest from Real Madrid ahead of the summer. Los Blancos have held tentative talks with the player’s entourage.
