What Chelsea have told Cole Palmer behind the scenes to convince him to stay
Chelsea have been having discussions with Cole Palmer to try and convince him to stay at the club despite the woeful form of the club in the Premier League.
The Blues are out of the race to qualify for the Champions League next season, forcing their superstar players to endure a season away from the limelight if they stay.
Palmer has endured a tough season personally, and Chelsea’s win-rate when he is in the squad is pretty shocking.

Chelsea make promises to Cole Palmer about new signings this summer
Despite their poor form, the club have convinced both Reece James and Moises Caicedo to commit their futures to the Blues, and are now looking to do the same with Palmer.
A lot of those conversations have revolved around transfers, and what the club are planning for the upcoming summer window.

According to the Mail Online, the club have assured Palmer that they will be targeting big-name signings this summer, who will hopefully be able to instantly lift the squad.
Even though he has been inconsistent at best this season, Chelsea supporters are well aware of the quality the England international possesses when he is fit and firing.
The Blues have a really strong core of players, including Joao Pedro, who Chelsea have no plans to part ways with this summer.

Chelsea looking to tie down one more superstar
Another key player whose future is currently up in the air is Enzo Fernandez, and he was sanctioned by Liam Rosenior for two games for discussing a possible move to Real Madrid.
Despite those comments, there is still hope at the club that Fernandez will remain at Stamford Bridge, although will likely need to make similar promises to him regarding the direction they are going.
The World Cup winner has arguably been Chelsea’s most consistent and important player throughout the campaign, and replacing his goals from midfield would be difficult to do.
Chelsea are reportedly looking at a number of targets in the middle of the park, and have even already confirmed a deal to sign Valentin Barco from Strasbourg.
