We’re back for another round of Premier League predictions. We’ll be taking on another AI service this week – Google Gemini has stepped up to the plate.

As West Ham United prepare to take on Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur get ready for a crucial game against Leeds United, who will be this week’s winners and losers?

As always in our Premier League predictions, it is five points for a correct result and ten points for a correct score.

Liverpool vs Chelsea

Essential Football: Liverpool faultered at the weekend against Manchester United, but their issues are far eclipsed by the cataclysm currently taking place at Chelsea.

The Blues have lost their last six Premier League games – we don’t see them dispelling their hoodoo against Liverpool. They’ll look better than they did against Nottingham Forest, but that isn’t saying much.

EF’s prediction: Liverpool 3-0 Chelsea

Google Gemini: Chelsea have struggled lately, losing six straight. Expect Anfield to be a fortress.

GG’s prediction: Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea

Brighton vs Wolves

Essential Football: Brighton are a hard team to predict. They have been a strong run, but were inexplicably beaten by out-of-form Newcastle United last weekend.

Nevertheless, already-relegated Wolves shouldn’t pose much of a threat. We’re expecting the Seagulls to win this, even if they make hard work of it.

EF’s prediction: Brighton 2-1 Wolves

Google Gemini: Wolves are already relegated and have struggled for goals away from home.

GG’s prediction: Brighton 2-0 Wolves

Fulham vs Bournemouth

Essential Football: Fulham were desperately lacklustre in their last game, when they were penned in and beaten 3-0 by Arsenal. They’re much better at home than they are away, but we’re still excepting Bournemouth to beat them.

This season has been a phenomenal one for the Cherries. They haven’t lost in the Premier League since the beginning of January – Craven Cottage has been a difficult place to visit this season, but Andoni Iraola’s men should have enough to continue their fantastic run.

EF’s prediction: Fulham 1-2 Bournemouth

Google Gemini: Bournemouth are on a 15-game unbeaten run and frequently draw at Craven Cottage.

GG’s prediction: Fulham 1-1 Bournemouth
