Chelsea’s academy continues to produce exciting young talent, with Mathis Eboue and Chizaram Ezenwata among the nominees for the Under-18 Premier League Player of the Season award.
The 2025/26 season has reaffirmed Chelsea’s status as a talent factory, with Mathis Eboue and Chizaram Ezenwata emerging as the latest stars of the Cobham production line.
Eboue, a 17-year-old winger who joined from Watford, has enjoyed a breakout campaign, registering 10 goals and 6 assists in 24 U18 Premier League appearances.
Ezenwata has been equally prolific, notably scoring a hat-trick for England at the 2025 U17 World Cup against Haiti, as well as scoring 15 and assisting seven in Chelsea’s U18 South title-winning side.
And the Premier League have given them their recognition this season.
