For Chelsea, it’s the only chance they have of winning a trophy this season and probably still their most obvious route into Europe for next season. For City, they are still battling hard to beat Arsenal to the Premier League title, and a win last night against Crystal Palace helped them keep that heat up.
But Guardiola was not happy about having to play a mid-week game last night, just three days before the Cup final. And he was quick to point all of that out at the end of the game last night.
Guardiola moaning again

The City boss was quoted on X as saying:
“Chelsea have been all week at home, training and preparing. We have to travel to London, they will be at home with their wife and kids. So that is fatigue, and fatigue, and fatigue, and I have full confidence in the whole squad.”
Cry more.
