McCabe wins April’s Women’s Player of the Month | News
Katie McCabe has won our fan-voted Women’s Player of the Month award for April.
Our Irish defender sweeped up 48% of the votes with Smilla Holmberg coming second.
Katie demonstrated her versatility last month, often being deployed at centre-back when required.
She played the full 90 minutes of our games against Chelsea and Lyon, came on in the 76th minute of the Brighton match, and helped us to a clean sheet against Leicester by playing 81 minutes of that 7-0 victory.
